Our Story

Success Way, LLC was founded on April 30, 2024, as a privately held Limited Liability Company (LLC) operating on a for-profit basis. The company is owned and managed by Marie Mystica Karire, who oversees its day-to-day operations as the Operations Manager. 

Through her journey, Marie encountered others who were also struggling - talented individuals unable to fully utilize their skills due to barriers such as language limitations, unfamiliar cultural norms, and lack of access to information. Many felt trapped in jobs they didn’t enjoy or unable to pursue their dreams. 

Marie believes that no one should abandon their potential or settle for a life they don’t want. She recognized that companies were also facing challenges, struggling to find skilled employees in a country rich with opportunities and resources.

Driven by a desire to address these challenges, Marie founded Success Way, LLC, a staffing agency dedicated to connecting job seekers with meaningful employment opportunities. The company not only recruits for businesses but also helps break barriers to employment by providing support with language limitations, job preparation, cultural understanding, and access to information about opportunities.
